Dear Students, Especially in recent years, very rapid and continuous changes and developments in the field of science and technology occur most intensely in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and this situation constantly puts the curricula under pressure. A limited number of engineering courses that you will take in addition to the basic science courses that provide the infrastructure for engineering courses during the four-year education period in our department have been selected to provide support after your graduation. I believe that what you learn in this chapter will give you an interpretative ability and perspective that will always be useful.
